PaperThin is pleased to announce that CommonSpot v4.0 SP2 is now available for download from the PaperThin support site. Current subscribing customers may download CommonSpot v4.0 SP2 at no additional charge.
This release contains incident resolutions as well as new caching options for Page Indexes and Custom Elements. The new caching options are further detailed in the SP2 Release Notes, and in the CommonSpot Administrator Guide, Chapter 5.
Integrated Support
This latest release also includes the most recent version of the CommonSpot Integrated Support Module, which will be installed automatically as part of the service pack installation process. Beginning August 2, 2004, we are now requiring that customers and partners submit support incidents and bug requests using the Integrated Support Module, and not online. (However, you may still submit enhancement requests online).
You may download the Integrated Support Module Guide from the Document Library section the PaperThin support site. For your convenience, we have also recorded a webinar demonstrating how to use the Integrated Support Module, which can be found on our recorded webinar directory.
Please note that for customers who do not wish to download CommonSpot v4 SP2 at this time, the Integrated Support Module is available for download separately. This stand-alone module will run on any CommonSpot 3.x version or above.
