Founded in 1921, the Ontario Physical and Health Education Association (Ophea) exists to support Ontario's school communities through advocacy, quality program supports and partnerships to enable children and youth to lead active, healthy lives.
A non-profit organization, Ophea is lead by the vision that all children and youth will value, participate in, and make a lifelong commitment to active healthy living.
