PaperThin currently has an opportunity for a senior level front-end Web developer with strong experience in object oriented JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, XSLT, XML, CSS and cross browser development to lead the User Interface development for our award winning CommonSpot Content Server product.

Be an integral part of the core development team which takes PaperThin's flagship enterprise scale content management product, CommonSpot Content Server, to the next level. Individuals will participate in small, self organized development teams utilizing agile development methodologies. He/she will be responsible for the successful completion of projects of all sizes and scope.
Primary Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for design and development of key product components using object oriented JavaScript, DHTML, XSLT, XML, CSS, Cold Fusion, Java, and Web Services. The individual will split their time between functional and architectural design and source code development. The right candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and willing to work hard in a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ years industry experience developing web technologies/applications
- Minimum 2+ years DHTML/JavaScript/CSS development
- Minimum 2+ years with a server side scripting language (ColdFusion, JSP, PHP, .Net)
- Strong experience with Prototype and/or Scriptaculous AJAX frameworks (or any other AJAX frameworks)
- Strong experience with object oriented JavaScript
- Strong experience with XSLT development
- Strong experience with object oriented design/development.
- Excellent communication skills and general ability to communicate effectively with clients
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent college degree
- Able to take ownership of a project from start to finish
Pluses:
- Experience with ColdFusion and/or Java development languages
- Strong experience with RDBMS systems (Oracle and/or SQLServer)
- Experienced in development under Windows, Linux and Solaris environments
- Experience in releasing a commercial software product
